Significant increases are seen in mobility infrastructure and parks upgrades, driven by a town-wide focus on equity, connectivity, and environmental resilience. The largest project, 'Everywhere to Everywhere,' aims to link neighborhoods through pedestrian and cycling infrastructure.
Chapel Hill’s capital improvement plan is developed through a community-centered and data-driven process:
