In the CIP covering the 2026-2030 fiscal years, Bergen County Utilities Authority, New Jersey, detailed plans to spend $352 million on capital projects, an increase of 43% from $246 million in its 2025-2029 CIP. Water Pollution Control Budget Increase

Capital budget spending in the Water Pollution Control category increased by 43%, with the budget increase due to additional projects added in the recent period.

Bergen County Utilities Authority budgets $213M in Major Projects of Water Pollution Control Program

The Bergen County Utilities Authority, New Jersey, has two notable line items, both valued at over $90 million, within the Water Pollution Control category. The most significant of these is the FEMA Power Supply Mitigation project, valued at $115 million. The other is the FEMA Plant-wide Improvement project, valued at $98 million.
